Delivery
All orders are shipped worldwide through EMS or DHL Express with Free International Shipping on all orders $200 USD or more! For orders less than $200 USD, a shipping flat rate of $30 USD is charged. DHL Express and EMS International Express Air Freight provide full live online tracking. We choose DHL and EMS for security and reliability along with its affiliations with most worldwide postal services. Parcels are air mailed and require signature upon delivery.
You will receive a tracking number only once your goods have been shipped. Depending on the pieces ordered and the area we are sending to, shipping is generally quoted as being between 3 – 14 business days. Most parcels arrive within 7 days. If items are heavily beaded or require hand sewing, please allow an extra 4 to 7 days for production.
Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which LeAle has no control over and is not responsible for.
All orders processed during business hours Monday – Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please advise of a phone number when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.
Please note we can not ship to P.O Boxes, as generally shipments require a signature on delivery. Certain out of range countries/areas not supported by the DHL Express network and EMS will be shipped with regular express post.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the ‘Track My Order’ feature located in the confirmation email.
Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.
LeAle is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
Exchanges, Return, and Refund
LeAle offers store credits only for purchases made on our website, you can then reorder your correct style, colour and size. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.
You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase for a store credit only. To book a return, please contact us in advance via [email protected] Once your return has been approved, please send your item/s back to us immediately.
Late returns will not be accepted.
Email us at [email protected] with your order # in the subject line and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange your item(s). We will provide you with the complete postal address when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you via email correspondence.
Please note that the item(s) must be in original condition, product must be returned unused, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse any item, which we deem to be unsalable at our discretion.
Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
For faulty items please email [email protected] so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a photo to show the issue along with your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please note LeAle is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of items during shipping.
