Placing An Order

Please follow the instructions on the website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products and services. After receiving an order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email Order Confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (“Shipping Confirmation”). A contract with us will be formed only when you receive the Shipping Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products and services whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain LeAle’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Additional Information

LeAle reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, LeAle has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. LeAle shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
